Paper pieced in the forest...

Several months have passed since my last post. I have to admit that I wasn't sure to give up this blog or not. I am so busy... it is not easy. But I have decided to continue as I know that a blog is a link to other sewers and quilters. I really live like an hermit in my woods so I need to share what I love with others. So I am twice happy today to post my news!!!! Here are some of my new paper pieced quilt block patterns that I have created in January and February. They are available in my Etsy shop here. The
Hansel and Gretel set was an important project for me as I particularly love this tale. This is a great part of my childhood!
I am still working on more tales and woodland blocks, as well as few others...

I have also sewn several quilts, but not finished yet! So the pictures will come later:-)
But I had an important quilt to sew: my brother has left Switzerland at the begining of January for a 2 years long travel in bicycle, through Europe, Asia and Americas. He asked me a small meditation quilt for this travel. I had a lot of pleasure to do it. I have tried to put a huge ammount of good energies and love in it, and I guess my son felt it, as he had such pleasure to roll on it :-) I love triangles and I think I should sew more quilts with triangles...
